Representatives of the YUMIS company visited this year’s food industry fair SIAL, which is considered one of the most visited fairs in the world because it gathers more than 300,000 visitors on its days. The fair gathered more than 7,000 exhibitors from 127 countries (90% international), i.e. 265,000 professionals and an even more spectacular share of international visitors (85%), including 50% importers/exporters and 8,000 top buyers with a purchase portfolio of over 50 billion euros.
