Foam cake


Milk 800ml
Sugar 150g
Whipped cream 4 packs
Baking chocolate 100g
Gelatin 30g

Boil milk and sugar. Remove it and add melted Yumis gelatin, stir and return on the cooker. Stir until the gelatin is homogenized. Then cool the mixture and add beaten Yumis whipped cream. Mix it for 15 minutes. When you get thick cream, pour it into greased baking pan ( you may put on a little of grounded biscuits). Pour the cream and add melted chocolate. Put the cake in the fridge and decorate it.
